Are you trying to replace property advocates?+

No. PropertyRisk doesn't issue legal opinions and doesn't claim to. The AI report flags document discrepancies and pulls live portal records — the work that consumes most of an advocate's hours but doesn't require legal interpretation. The legal interpretation, the opinion drafting, the client relationship — that's still you. We make you faster, not redundant.

Can I use the AI report inside my own legal opinion?+

Yes — many advocates do. The PDF report is structured around the same 30-year title-trace + EC + portal-cross-check workflow you already follow. Some advocates attach the PropertyRisk report as an annexure to their opinion; others use it as their internal scratch document and re-draft findings in their own voice.

What about the lawyer-verified add-on — does that compete with my practice?+

It complements it. The lawyer-verified upgrade is a referral channel: PropertyRisk receives the customer, our partner advocates (you, if you join the network) review and sign the AI report, and you bill the customer at your standard rate. How are findings cited? Can I trust them in court?+

Every finding cites the exact page and clause it came from in the source document. The 'Source text' panel shows the verbatim language. This is auditable in a way a manual title trace usually isn't. That said, the AI-generated report is for your use and your client's reference — formal legal certifications are still your work product.

Do you handle Kannada-only documents?+

Yes — multilingual OCR is one of our differentiators. Sale deeds with Kannada-script witnessing pages, RTCs with handwritten endorsements, eSwathu Form 9s issued by gram panchayats in Kannada — PropertyRisk reads all of it. Pan-India tools (Landeed's AI, LegalByte's general extractor) struggle here.
