How it works

  1. 1On the case report page, click the relevant portal card (Bhoomi for rural agri, eAasthi for BBMP urban, eSwathu for Gram Panchayat).
  2. 2Enter the property identifier (survey number for Bhoomi, SAS PID for eAasthi, Property ID for eSwathu). For Bhoomi the District/Taluk/Hobli/Village dropdowns cascade automatically.
  3. 3We open the portal in a headless browser, drive the form, solve any CAPTCHA via Gemini Vision, and download the PDF.
  4. 4The PDF is attached to your case as a new document and the AI re-runs the cross-document risk analysis — flagging any owner mismatch, mutation date issues, B-Khata, or tax arrears.
